"Thank you for your participation in the recent meeting of the Conference Board's Council for Performance Excellence. Your presentation on demographics was, as usual, an absolute success. Members of the group have already given me much positive feedback on your portion of our meeting. Your insightful analysis on the impending demographic crunch was eye opening for the audience. As I have told you in the past, I was once again impressed with the way that you took the theory and made it real for members of the group, with ideas for dealing with these eventualities. Your facilitated dialogue brought out a rich exchange between the executives in the room. This was our third time together, and I remain impressed."
