Colleen Clarke is a corporate trainer/keynote speaker and career specialist in the areas of career management issues, career transition, communication and networking. Colleen is a certified Workplace Coach, and career columnist for the internet job search sites Workopolis and Monster.ca and a guest columnist for The Globe and Mail. Colleen has recently authored a chapter in the book The Power of Mentorship: The Mastermind Group with other motivational speakers including Brian Tracy, Bob Proctor, Zig Ziglar, etc.
A "Certified" Myers Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) I & II facilitator and qualified in True Colors, Personality Dimensions and EQ-i , Colleen conducts workshops to groups interested in improving sales, interpersonal relationships, communications, team building and self-development. As founder and past Executive Director of the Executive Advancement Resource Network, E.A.R.N., Canada’s most recognized self-help networking group for unemployed business professionals, Colleen has provided counseling and guidance to over 7000 individuals in career development.
She is the author of "Networking: How to Build Relationships That Count" and "Work in Progress", and a popular e-book. Whether speaking or writing, Colleen insightfully and humorously shares with her audience the practical insights and "hands-on" approaches and techniques she has developed as a networking maven.

We'll examine the role networking plays in career success and how to increase your visibility internally and externally. Why Can't You Be More Like Me?
Using the Myers Briggs Typology Indicator or True Colors/Personality Dimensions indicators, this session will examine the four dichotomies where the participants self score themselves to achieve a clearer understanding of self and differences. Learn how to understand and assess your own personality preferences; recognize and understand the preferences of others; examine communication and behaviour solutions for people with different preferences; and improve communication and interpersonal relationships.
Generational differences in the workplace
For the first time in the history of the industrialized world, there are 4 generations working side by side in the workplace. Each generation walks to its own beat and there are noticeable differences between each as it pertains to work ethics, values, expectations and lifestyle preferences.
